Sitting on the back deck of the Nautilus Explorer with a few keen guests enjoying a fresh cup of coffee as the sun rises over the horizon! First light reveals dive conditions at the Canyon and a promising day is in the works. I couldn’t resist so I joined the Divemaster’s guided tour with a great group from France. Post dive discussion was all about the size of one particular Shark and what it could have been. He didnt get close enough to make out any defining features but his massive size was enough to keep everyones attention. Galapagos? Tiger? Who knows! All we know is that it was BIG! Perfect way to kick off a day especially with residing seas and a good window of weather for Roca Partida to finish up a trip with two days bound to be Sharky!
