Roca Partida started out big. Myself and my group on blue skiff dropped in on the isolated rock at 0730 sharp. The dark blue water was a warm 82F and clear out to 110+ foot vis. As we rounded the north point we went into a school of skip jacks, as I looked down It seemed there was just more and more. Turns out all these spots below belonged to massive whale shark, 40ft in length would be my guess. Unfortunately it decided to keep cruising at a depth of 140ft, but still and impressive sight to dive above. We finished off our dive around Roca with the escort of a black manta, and all before breakfast.
