Day 2 of Great White Sharks in Guadalupe Island, Mexico.

Yesterday the water temperature was 68˚F in the morning, but in the afternoon dropped to 66˚F. Surface cages opened at 0600 hrs today. Just 15 minutes after the bait was in the water, a 10ft male juvenile Great White Shark came up and stayed near the cages, breaching, and trying to catch the bait. Before lunch two males 10-12 ft sharks, stayed around the NUS, also breaching to try to catch the bait. Two Fin Whales passed near the NUS twice this morning! Guests very excited with the action we’ve been seeing on day two! More to come, stayed tuned!
