Captains Noon Report – Explorer – 2018-08-07

Todos Santos Bay Ensenada, Mexico We arriving into the back into Ensenada after a magical trip filled with sharks and memories. The guests were very excited to have the experience of diving with Great White sharks. They also mention that they enjoyed the new design of the Explorer and had such a wonderful time with the crew. Coming from a Captain’s point of view, I have a great staff. They enjoy their jobs and it shows in every aspect of the operation. The atmosphere that surrounds Guadalupe Island is mysterious and appealing. The joy to see these marvelous massive creatures is awe inspiring. IT gives you the chills to see their jagged teeth up close as they pass by the cage but also to see how elegant a hunter these sharks really are. We had turtles, three large pods of dolphin, racing seals coming from the big blue ocean back to the safety of the shore, a fanatic school of yellowfin tuna chasing the bait fish into our cages plus endless numbers of sharks. You leave a little of yourself at Guadalupe every time pulls you always trying to find ways of making it back. Thank you and guests and crew for making this trip extraordinary. Crew and guests doing well.
