Another picturesque day here at Guadalupe. The air is crisp and fresh. The day has started fast. The early brought one shark before 0700. Andy, a shark with a cut Cuadal fin drifts by but doesn’t stay too long. It made a rise to the baits a few times then disappeared in the blue. Moments later a bigger shark came in for a taste. With no luck of getting our bait the shark loses interest. The morning has been consistent with sharks making their way along an invisible path that loops through the surface and submersible cage. When the sun breaks through the sharks really start to make their move on the baits. We had at least 4 different sharks. The pace was frantic as sharks whizzed by baits. There was no chance to catch your breath. One shark would glide under the cage while two over the top and more going for the bait. Dolphins could be heard off in the distance and a school of Bonito were just on the verge of the visibility. Over and over the sharks come over , under and around the cages. Many shoot to the top of the cage then passed to go for the surface for bait. The guests are really enjoying the action. All guests and crew happy!
