Captains Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2018-10-08

Location: Guadalupe island 29.08.01N – 118.17.04W
Weather: 140Ft visibility at least, water temperature is 70F, air is 72F
Status: sitting in 250Ft of water

Huge school of yellow fin tunas chasing after the smaller fish and 3-5 great white sharks at the same time. Guests are going crazy as the action is non stop since we put the cages to work. We are now 3/4 of a mile down south from the place we call ‘THE SWEET SPOT”, it feels better here and it is good to see guadalupe back to normal visibility wise. The sharks are here so far have had lots of breaches and plenty of action around the submersible cages. Divemasters told me they have been able to ID some of them for now as Luca Arnone, Rhett, Mikey and pour ROPEY.
