It’s been high energy for the past 24 hours. We had two pods of dolphins visit us on the ride out yesterday. We had several dolphins leaping out of the water splashing right in front of the bow. Later in the afternoon there was a sub adult humpback whale that continued to breach right in front of the boat as well!!! We slowed down and turned the boat into the wind to watch the whales vault out of the water and come crashing down. It took a breath then rolled on it’s back and started to smack it’s pectoral fins on the water. it decided to breach one more time. Most of the guests were on the sundeck for the show just off our starboard. Came in last night, Rocio was already here. We did the first dive at manta rock to the cleaning station. We had almost everything on the first dive. Hammerheads, dolphins, three playful mantas silver tips in big numbers being cleaned. It really set the tone for what has been a really nice day. The second dive was just as good. The current was running east so we jumped off the back of the boat and drifted down to the cleaning station. Big Galapagos, two mantas, hammerheads. Third dive was just as nice. Hammerheads, two mantas silver tips, Galapagos, and Jacks. Everyone is really happy.
