Captains Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2019-03-18

Location: Anchored to the east of Roca Oneil off Socorro Island
Weather: Sunny Skies, A small long interval swell and a slowly increasing NW wind

We finished the day off at Roca Partida yesterday with more Tuna action and a beautiful sunset. The first dive this morning was fantastic. We had Dolphins for everyone, two Mantas playing near the Arch and even a few solo hammerheads. The visibility was 100+’ light NE current and 78 degree water. The surface conditions were lake like and numerous humpbacks could be seen spouting in the distance. We just finished the second dive and other than some surface chop and 10 knots of wind the conditions remain excellent. We had Mantas again and a few lone hammerheads. Still only light current and surge. All guests and crew are happy.
