Captains Noon Report – Explorer – 2019-04-01

Location: At the Canyon
Status: Anchored
Weather: Winds E 4-7 / Seas calm

Wow, couldn’t have asked for a better morning here at the canyon. While loading skiffs, we watched a humpback calf breaching just off the lava flow. Spectacular sight to see. On dive 1 we had playful dolphins, a manta, and some curious sharks. Dive 2 was even better. We had a playful manta, but the school of 50ish photogenic hammerheads coming in close to divers stole the show. Absolutely amazing! All this after having 2 crazy good dives at Roca yesterday afternoon. Guests and Crew all happy and doing well.
