Captain’s Noon Report – Explorer – 2019-04-24

Location: Punta Tosca (Socorro Island)

Weather: Winds 8-10 kt NW Seas 1-2 foot. We are anchored at Punta Tosca with the sky a little bit cloudy, but good water temperature, around 24 degrees.

First dive of the day after the navy inspection was great! We had super visibility of 30-40 meters and no current like yesterday. Then the guests had a really good start to the day. In the first finger, our divers saw a big school of hammerheads, silver tips, silkies and a couple of turtles playing on the ground. The night before we had the taco night in the sundeck and a group of dolphins and silver tips came in as well around the Explorer for the happiness of our guests.
