Captain’s Noon Report – Explorer – 2019-05-27

Location: Cabo Pearce (Socorro Island)
Status: Anchored
Weather: Winds: 10-12NW / Waves: 4-6 ft / Visibility: 25 meters / Water temperature: 22-23 degrees. Current: Mid/strong currents from S to N.

First dive here has been good. Guests saw a few dolphins, Hammerheads, Silvertip, Whitetip sharks and a big Bonito school. In the second dive guests saw some sharks and some schools of Jacks. Guests are happy. Our deckhand Hernan took them on a short shore tour and they were fascinated. This has been the best Cabo Pearce day, a little bit more animal action for our guests. This night we have Taco night on the sundeck and our guests are excited.
