Captain’s Noon Report – Explorer – 2019-06-26

Location: San Benedicto island, ” the Canyon”
Weather: NW 5-10 Seas NW 1-2 Swell NW 3-5

Today we started off on the right foot! Our first two dives were at the boiler and we had a lot of action, specifically dolphin action. On the first dive our guests could see a group of friendly dolphins playing with them and hunting, one group of diver could see two chevron mantas. They said it was like an aquarium! Saw a lot of jacks, criol fish, some white tips sharks, two silver tip, a turtle and a lot of lobsters. On the second dive more dolphins with the divers (8 dolphins this time), two chevron mantas and one black manta, one hammerhead and also in this dive they could see one turtle. Now we are at the Canyon, we’ve been the only ones around for couple days so we have good chance to get a beautiful shark spectacle.
