Location: 29°08.54’N 118°17.52’W “monkey face” Guadalupe Island. 0.178NM To the wall Depth: 242 ft. all chain out (4.5 shots)

Weather: Wind: light and variable seas: Calm at anchor sunny sky W/T: 18°

Status: Visibility: 25/30 meters

Yesterday we arrived at same time that Belle Amie was leaving and we occupied their spot. After the anchor operations, we started to launch the cages under the watchful eye of most of the guests who resisted the dinner call. The first dive day started right on time with few guests jumping into the water hoping to see these wonderful animals. At the beginning they made us wait a little but after, it was one of the best mornings that we have had here! At least 5/6 sharks are swimming around the submersible cages and the visibility was just incredible! In the surface cages we have 3 full body breaches of 2 juveniles that are swimming fast heading to the baits for the entertainment of our clients!! Hope we can maintain the levels of this morning for them the next days. Tonight is Taco under the stars. Another great first dive day on the Explorer. All guests and crew are doing great.
