Captains Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2019-08-25

Location: Anchored at the sweet spot

Weather: winds light and variable, seas calm, swell 1-3 ft out of the south what an amazing morning.

At 0645 we had 3 sharks at the surface coming after the tuna. Wranglers really had to be on their toes all morning. We have counted at least 6 different sharks so far, names to come later once we do some shark ID this evening. It has been an epic morning so far. Feels great to be back out here. The visibility at the surface is 10-15 feet increasing to 30 at times and then back down, submersible cages at depth are seeing 80+ feet. No current. Water temp is 21C.
