Captain’s Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2019-09-09

Location: Guadalupe Island
Weather: Light winds, calm seas. Visibility is 100+ ft, temperature 22C
Status: Anchored at Monkey face

We put the cages in the water at 5:00 AM and were ready to rock at 6:00 AM. The sharks were waiting for us like usual. Before the first divers were in the water, Sadface came up to welcome everyone in. I couldn’t think of a better start to the day. On most dives there have been 3-6 sharks around the cages, some are staying deep, others are getting close to the cages, and a few are coming up to play with the wranglers.
