Captain’s Noon Report – Under Sea – 2019-10-13

Location: Lat 29 08.03N Long. 118 17.04W
Weather: Sunny skies. Light breeze from SE and calm seas Water temp 67-68F, Visibility 100+ft
Status: At Anchor at Guadalupe, 250 ft depth.

We arrived last night to Guadalupe after a great and smooth ride from Ensenada. It was flat on the anchorage bay. As soon as we dropped anchor we set the cages in the water with a few guests watching the show. This morning we opened cages at 6:30 am and we were ready to have guests in the water and attract some sharks with the tuna. Few guests were ready by that time and jumped into the cages. First shark came up around 6:50 am and the rests of guests wanted to join in. It has been a nice morning with sharks coming back and forth, with some gaps without sharks. We have seen 4 different sharks so far, one of them Geoff Nuttal. All guests are having a great time diving and watching the action from the sun deck, getting warm after coming out from the cages.
