Captain’s Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2019-11-30

Location: Cabo Pearce Socorro Island
Weather: Mostly cloudy skies, NE wind 10-15, N wind swell 4-6’. Moderate to strong current going north, 79 degree water, and 60-80’ visibility.
Status: Anchored in Cabo Pearce Socorro Island.

We finished the day at the Canyon with more mantas and sharks. All in all a good day of diving. Today the diving has been amazing. We have had mantas, hammerheads, dolphins on both dives and on the last dive a whale shark. After checking out the divers on the point the whale shark came into the bay and hung out off the stern and many guests were able to snorkel with it. There are lots of smiles onboard. We have one more dive here and then we will head the Navy Base for our check in. Currently our plan is to spend one more day in Socorro.
