Captains Noon Report – Explorer – 2019-12-07

Location: Roca Partida

Weather: Winds Light NNE Swell ENE 1-3 Beautiful day at Roca today.

Billowy white patch clouds drift the sky line overhead. Deep azure blue seas with some silky sharks swimming around the boat. First dive was a good start. Hammer heads, silver tips seem to be everywhere. Groups of three and four hammerheads at a time and staying around the guests at shallow depths. Silver tips were hunting along with the big school of jacks. A very large yellow fin tuna swept passed the guests with a smaller one following. All guests came up very happy Second dive was nice. One manta cruised around the whole dive interacting with guests coming in close. More hammerheads and Galapagos sharks as well. Guests were really happy about the encounter with the manta and are even more excited about getting in another dive. Guests doing well, crew are doing well – Captain Lowel – Nautilus Explorer
