Captain’s Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2020-03-05

Location: 19.17.84N – 110.48.47W
Weather: Blue skies, Wind light NW breeze, Swell super calm seas at anchorage, Visibility 50′, Water Temperature 70 F, Air Temperature 72 F
Status: The Canyon, San Benedicto

The day is beautiful and the guests are loving it. The first two dives have been good. The divers so far have seen Galapagos sharks, two mantas, a bunch of whitetip reef sharks, silvertip sharks and a few hammerhead sharks too. For some it was the first time they saw hammerheads, others missed them because they were focused on taking pictures of an octopus that was swimming out in the open.
