Captain’s Noon Report – Explorer – 2020-10-05

Location: Isla Santa Margarita

Status: 24.18.276N – 11.42.397W

We are currently anchored at the south point of Isla Santa Margarita in 35Ft of water. We arrived here around 8:30 this morning, we have done one dive so far, with the visibility at 30ft and water temperature at 73F. The divers said there were lots fish! They were particularly excited about a guitarfish they saw, as well as the many garibaldis everywhere. They saw turtles and big schools of all kinds of fish. Today is beautiful with blue skies with few clouds, light breeze and long 4 feet waves.
