Captain’s Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2020-11-06

Location: Cabo Pearce

Status: 80ft Visibility, 80 F Water temps., calm winds, less than 5ft seas

It’s dive day 3 and we are at Cabo Pearce. Winds are calm, seas are 5 feet or less. Very calm, very nice. Divers enjoyed two more dives at the Boiler yesterday afternoon, with multiple sightings of very friendly mantas on both dives. The Belle Amie repositioned to Cabo Pearce in the evening and passed a smooth night at anchor here. Our two dives thus far at Cabo Pearce have had multiple sightings of giant mantas and hammerhead sharks. Water is clear with 80′ vis or so and warm water temps in the 80s F. All the divers enjoyed their experience. This afternoon our plan is to complete one last dive here at Pearce then the silky snorkel this evening! Repositioning to Roca Partida tomorrow for 1-2 days of diving. Life is good!
