Yesterday the last two dives in La Reina were good. Nice and relaxed dives to finish the day with nudibranchs, school of barracudas, morays and a lot of sea life. No sea lions to say good bye. Today we are in Las Animas and the first dives were great. Nice place to dive with a lot of fish, including angels and surgeon fish, but the best were hammerheads! A School of hammerheads in the distance but a few of them came close to check out our divers. The second dive at Las Animas had good sea lion action. The first 25 min of the dive was trying to find the school of hammerheads but no luck. They could see a school of bonitos, lots and lots of angel fish, and surgeon fish. The rest of the dive was sea lion fun! They were playing and pulling the diver’s fins, jumping on the surface and playing with the divers even during the whole safety stop. Now we are preparing for the next dive, lets see if we can get more hammers this afternoon!
