Captain’s Noon Report – Undersea – 2020-11-30

Location: El Canyon, Roca Partida

Status: Roca – very light current to SW, visibility around 20-25 m, water temperature 28°C,

Yesterday at the Canyon we saw some galapgaos sharks, silver tip on the cleaning station, white tips and a few hammerheads on the blue, and a chevron manta identified as Michelle. Today we are in Roca Partida, first dive no current, temperature 28° C, visibility around 20 meters. Good shark action on the first dive, lots of galapagos and silvertips, some silky sharks hunting skipjacks, and two chevron mantas. Second dive on Roca very light current to SW, visibility around 20-25 m, temperature 28°C. Lots of fish, skipjacks, schools of jacks, more galapagos and silvertips, some hammerheads and two more chevron mantas.
