Captain’s Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2020-12-05

Location: Roca O’Neal, Punta Tosca

Status: Winds NW @15-20knts, Seas NNE @8′. Visibility 80 ft, water temperature 80F

On a second dive at Roca O’Neal yesterday guests again enjoyed the underwater topography, while also enjoying two or three manta sightings. After the two dives there we relocated the short distance to Punta Tosca, where we did our final dive of the trip. Again, warm clear waters and divers enjoyed the walls and ridges, with some hammerhead sightings and at least one manta. As a wrap up we did the silky snorkel just before dinner. There was some pretty good activity, and the divers got extremely close encounters with just the right amount of sharks.
