Captain’s Noon Report – Explorer – 2021-02-16

Location: 19.17.851N – 110.48.560W, San Benedicto

Status: Anchor in 50Ft of water

It is a cloudy day, with enough sunlight for the dives, first dive was okay not much fish to see, we asked guests to focus on their gear and dive computers, second dive was amazing as some of the guests told. Kris says it was the best dive of his life, lots of different sharks, including a small school of hammerheads. The cleaning station was busy with silver tip sharks, Galapagos and some silky sharks, then the two playful mantas! Today water is 75F, visibility averages 50FT, mild current running to the west, wind is blowing 8kts NW, air temperature is 75F. guests are happy so we all are happy.
