Captain’s Noon Report – Explorer – 2021-03-09

Location: 18.59.470N – 112.04.877W, anchor in 250Ft,

Weather: Overcast skies, air is blowing 12kts NW, air temperature is 73F, ocean today has a mild current to the west, temperature of water is 74F, visibility averages 60Ft,

Lots of fish today, guests love to go and see the balconies with the white tip sharks and some talk about a huge galapagos shark in the north point of the rock along with some silver tips, the schooling jacks (cotton mouth and horse eyed) are around the rock in big numbers a friendly manta on the second dive, made the day. We are hoping for more action on the next dives. The weather is changing I can see wind and waves growing bigger. Guests and crew doing great!
