Captain’s Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2021-03-26

Location: Between Fondeadero and Canyon

Vessel at anchor between Fondeadero and Canyon, Lat N 19*17.7′ LW 110*48.5′. Wind: NW 4-8 kts, calm seas, swell W 2-4 ft. Overcast sky, visibility around 15-20 mts, medium current to the west, water temperature around 23 C. Nice animal action for a warm dive. On this first dive, guests got to see one dolphin, silver tips, Galapagos a few silky sharks. The second dive also from the stern, same dive conditions, a few sharks, silver tips, Galapagos, one hammerhead and one group could see a chevron manta at the end of the second dive. Two more dives to be done at El Canyon.
