Captain’s Noon Report – Under Sea – 2021-04-08

Location: The Boiler

Vessel at anchor in The Boiler. Ships position lat N 19°19.661´, long W 110°48.754´. Clear sky, winds: Light air N 2-6 kts, seas: NW 1-3 ft. Today we started the day diving at Fondeadero for the check-out dive, what a first dive at Fondeadero! Many dolphins came to say hello to the divers from above and below the water. Moderate current from the w, visibility: 30ft, and for the 2nd dive we dove the boiler. The dive was insane and beautiful. We had 3 mantas hanging around us, many dolphins have made this day wonderful! A surprise, one of the female dolphins was pregnant! Today was beautiful, The Boiler is just perfect. Water temps: 23°C visibility was around 80 ft. We are going to finish the dive here then we are going to pick up the anchor and sail to Roca Partida.
