Whale shark season started early at Socorro Islands this year! We had two full days of amazing dives at Roca Partida and the friendly giants were just everywhere! We saw one five meter male over the last two days. Sometimes he was on the surface in the crystal blue water, dancing in the sun rays and other times, he was swimming with a manta on the west side and later cruising over our heads as we were looking at some hammerheads a bit further away from the rock. It’s been a stellar encounter and spirits are high aboard the Nautilus Undersea.
