Location: bahia de Los Suenos
Today we entered the bay of Dreams (Bahia de los suenos) at 0700 and decided to head up further north to Las Cruces, where the orcas had been seen yesterday. There were plenty of mobuals jumping around, so after looking for orcas we decided to come back to Bahia de Los Suenos to drop anchor, get the RHIB ready and have the guests in the water with the mobulas. After about 20 minutes of dropping the anchor, we received news that the orcas have been spotted at Cabo Pulmo. We lifted anchor and went on to pursue the “black fish”. Weather is sunny, light wind from East, less than 10 knots, swell 1-2 feet from the northeast.
