Captain’s Noon Report – Explorer – 2021-06-07

Location: Anchored at The Boiler

Weather: Moderate N Wind (7-10kts) and NW Swell (3-5ft)

The crossing from Cabo San Lucas to San Benedicto was pretty mellow. We started the day at 0730 diving at The Fondeadero for our check-out dive. At the beginning of the dive three manta rays were crossing in front of us as well as some Galapagos sharks and some silky sharks.

Water temperature: 25°C

Visibility: 50ft

As soon as we finished diving, we picked up the anchor and we departed directly to The Boiler. This spot is incredible. We could count around five or seven different manta rays, two big turtles and some Galapagos sharks.

Water Temperature: 25°C

Visibility: 30ft
