Captain’s Noon Report – Belle Amie – 2021-06-08

Location: En Route to The Boiler

Weather: Clear Sky, N Wind (5-7kts) and Swell (3-5ft)

We conducted our check-out dive from the platform in 50ft of water. During this dive, one of the groups saw many sharks, lobsters and the usual reef fish. On our way back to Belle Amie, a pod of dolphins swam next to the boat and some of the guests decided to go snorkeling with them. The dolphins were playful and guests enjoyed it.

On the second dive, our guests were dropped of at The Canyon. They had encounters with one or possibly two chevron manta rays, a school of hammerheads, many Galapagos sharks, silvertips, whitetips and a few silky sharks. All of them surfaced extremely happy.

Water Temperature: 23°C

Visibility: 65ft
