Great white sharks have been a bucket list animal for me as far back as I can remember. They exceeded every possible expectation! ‘Incredible’ does not begin to describe these magnificent creatures and I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to experience them.
In a few short days, I already had a sense of the personalities of the ‘regulars’ and picked a favorite – Andy! What a great shark. Very active, curious, and handsome to boot! Sharks aside, the crew on Nautilus was spectacular. Everyone went out of their way to make sure everyone was taken care of and having a wonderful time. Casey is impressively knowledgeable about great whites so I learned a lot more than I would have otherwise. The other DM’s, hostesses, and Captain Julio were all wonderfully welcoming. Often, the wranglers were as entertaining to watch as the sharks! A fun crew makes all the difference. Long story short, every aspect of this trip was a dream come true and I can’t recommend it enough.
