Captain’s Noon Reports – Gallant Lady – 2021-11-03

Location: Isla San Francisco

Weather: Clear Skies, N Winds (10-15kts), Swell (1-2ft)

Spent this morning diving San Diego Reef, two good dives. Lots of reef fishes, some schools of sardines, and the beautiful swim-through at the big rock. After the second dive, we cruised south through the San José straight and did our third dive at the reef at San Francisco. Planning now to move into the bay at the south end of San José and do a pre-dinner night dive at el Callo of San Jose.

Tonight we’ll head south to Frailes. We have pangas scheduled for 1 pm tomorrow afternoon so we’ll do one or two-morning dives at Frailes then two-afternoon dives inside the park.

Visibility: 60ft+

Water temperature: 79°F
