Captain’s Noon Reports – Gallant Lady – 2021-11-20

Location: Magdalena Bay

Weather: Clear Skies, NW Wind (10kts), NW Swell (3-5ft)

We transferred 7 out of 10 of the guests back onboard and three chose to go with one panga back towards shore to see what they could find en route. Everyone else will stay onboard.

The action in the water today was pretty good. They didn’t get to see any bait balls today but they did see a lot of marlins. The bait balls were around but they were moving too fast for the snorkelers to get any time with them. But, the marlins were plentiful and the viz beautiful.

Most of the guests, about 6 out of the 10, also got to snorkel with a Brydes whale for a few minutes. So, overall a good day.
