Captain’s Noon Reports – Gallant Lady – 2021-11-28

Location: Isla San Benedicto

Weather: Overcast Skies, ESE Wind (12-14kts), ESE Swell (3-5ft)

Yesterday offshore Bahia Magdalena we had an incredible day. Guests were out in the pangas from 0800 until 1600hrs and even then they didn’t want to come back. They had some seriously close in-water humpback encounters, both in the morning and at the end of the day. They snorkeled with a big pod of dolphins in the afternoon as well just before the whales. And in between, they were on a big bait ball being hit by sea lions. And they had various other bait balls and marlin action in between. The day ended with a calm sea and a beautiful sunset as we departed. Guests were really blown away by the animal encounters yesterday.
