Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2022-02-08

Location: The Boiler

Weather: Clear Skies, NNW Wind (5-8kts), NW Swell (3-5ft)

We completed two more dives yesterday afternoon at the boiler. Both were fairly uneventful, with the dolphins and the mantas from the morning, not present. Still, conditions were good and the divers enjoyed the afternoon dives for the structure and the reef fishes. Overall everybody agreed it was a good final day of diving. Following the dives, we moved to anchor at the canyon for some shelter from the winds during our wine and cheese night and dinner. We got underway last night around 2300 and have had a relatively smooth crossing so far.
