Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2022-05-19

Location: Roca Partida

Weather: Overcast Skies, N Wind (12-16kts), NNW Swell (4-6ft)

Yesterday we did our last dives here, beautiful dives, light currents, and good action, mantas got calm for the afternoon. Still, we had an excellent shark action with silky, silvertips and Galapagos and very active whitetips, one hammerhead on the distance. A nice night here pretty sunset.

Today we are here without boats, first dive light current to the S, with great dive and a great choice to stay one more day, lots of mantas all dive with our guests, two groups could see a pod of 20 bottlenose dolphins, for 25 min, a couple of hammerheads, silvertips, silkys and Galapagos. The second dive with no current, excellent manta action this time, mantas for all of our divers all dive long, silvertips, whitetips, and one hammerhead on the distance.
