Hello everybody
Cloudy today, air temp 29C water temp 21C, vis 6-7mts, wind NNW 5-6
NGL is in the Cerralvo channel along with a baby blue whale and its mother. We are getting the guests in the Rhib for some whale watching!
This morning we woke up with popcorn mobulas jumping all around the Gallant Lady. There were lots of schools and lots of acrobatic leaps. We got Steve, Taylor, and Christian to board the RHIB and enjoyed a school of mobulas with good visibility and in shallow water above the sandy bottom. After 30 minutes, the wind picked up and it got very choppy. Since we left the mobulas, we have not seen much until these blue whales. Yesterday afternoon we had an amazing time with the mobulas at Saltito, with several static schools and visibility of more than 10 meters. Then by sunset a pod of common dolphins passed by and were very playful with the RHIB.
