Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2023-05-29

Anchor at San Benedicto, Boiler, Winds: N 5-8 knots sometimes gust around 12 knots, Seas: NW 2-5ft long period of swell.

We arrived at San Benedicto at 2300 and spent the night at anchor. In the morning we started with our warm-up dive. Then we moved to the Boiler to perform the 2nd dive. The weather conditions are very good today as well as the diving. 

Our guests encountered around 5 different mantas, 3 dolphins came to play with our divers for a while and we encountered 3 hammerheads on the W side of the rock. The dive conditions were very good, with visibility around 27 mts, and a very light current from the N. We are going to perform 2 dives more and then we are moving to the Canyon for dinner.
