Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2023-06-15

19.17.461N – 110.48.337W, anchor in 50Ft of water, two shots paid out. Beautiful day with lots of white and blue in the sky, wind is going crazy gusting to 12kts and more to a sudden stop. I can see swell breaking on the SW corner. At anchor, it is nice and calm, just the wind and some ripples on the surface. Visibility was about 25ft in the check dive and it got a lot better in the second dive, probably 45Ft or more depending on where you go. The cleaning station was full of life, silver tips, Galapagos, silkies, and a friendly manta along with a few hammerhead sharks. Water is 75F, a mild current running to the east, air temperature is 75F.
