Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2023-06-24

Anchor at Punta Tosca, Winds: N 3 -5 kts sometimes gust around 8 knots, Seas: NW 1-3 ft long period of swell.

Yesterday we finished our day at Roca Partida, our dives were good, a lot of jacks around, some tuna and silver tips, the water temp was around 24°C and the visibility was around 20 Mts. After we finished, we picked up the anchor and we sailed directly to Punta Tosca.

Today our 1st dive was beautiful 1 group saw 4 mantas around, 3 turtles, and some white tips, in the 2nd one we encountered 1 hammerhead, turtles, and white tips. We saw one black manta but it was kind of far, the visibility is really good, and the conditions are perfect. We are going to perform another dive, then we are going to move to the navy for the inspection, and then we are going to spend the night at anchor in Pearce.
