Captain’s Noon Reports – Gallant Lady – 2023-06-29

24.19.513N 109.53.607W, NGL is sailing towards the northeast point of Cerralvo island.

This morning we headed towards Bahia de los Suenos, as MGW was reporting some mobulas activity finally! We managed to do a couple of jumps and everyone saw the school. We will try again early tomorrow. Then we headed to the east side of Cerralvo on the lookout for the orcas that we met yesterday. Yesterday afternoon we spent about 4 hours with the orcas, a big pod of 9 individuals. No big males, but a massive female and her family. they were most surely on the hunt as they were diving deep, for a long time, and changing directions very often. We managed to jump twice with them and all of our guests but 1 (Josh) had an amazing experience underwater.
