Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2023-06-30

24.02.175N – 109.49.158W diving Punta Arenas by the old Hotel, the wind is picking up, it was dead calm this morning but the wind has increased and is doing 10kts SE, 1 ft waves.

The check dive was pretty good, visibility is 25ft, the water temperature is 78F, air temperature is 88F. They saw loads of fish, including two mobulas. By the way, they saw a group of 30 or more this morning while searching for stuff so far so good. Some of the guests were happy with two nudibranchs they found, then the moray eels, and a lot more. Now we are heading to La Reinita to make one more dive and tonight we will head to Socorro.
