Captain’s Noon Reports – Gallant Lady – 2023-08-23

NGL anchored at Isla San Francisco. The wind is nearly 10kts, the sky is clear, air temp around 32C.

Did our first dive at the reef south of the Sea Lion colony and it was a nice dive, with lots of fish life, turtles, morays, nice reef. Dive 2 we dove into the sea lion colony and we had lots of playful sea lions so all were excited about that. Water temp around 28C, viz around 60ft. This afternoon we’ll do another with the sea lions and dive 4.

For tomorrow we may head up to Carmen Island at Loreto to check out the dive site that the NBA has been doing, not decided yet.
