Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2023-08-28

Belle Amie at Isla Danzante today. Beautiful day, wind light from the east with less than 1′ seas, clear sky, air temp 34C.

Did a nice night dive last night at El Cayo de San Jose, lots of critters around, then had an uneventful and smooth transit north, arriving at the wreck of the C-54 around 0630. One dive there which was good, lots of life on that wreck although as usual viz quite low in that area (around 10m). Then we moved to the east side of Danzante and just finished the first dive here, excellent conditions with viz 25m, water temp 29C and loads of fishes at the divesite. Will do one more dive here and a 4th probably at the south point of the island.

Guests and crew are ok, although one guest has some cold symptoms and is sitting out the dives this morning. I’ve asked her to wear a mask in the common areas as long as she is not feeling well.
