Las Animas: It’s 9am and we are back from the first dive. Eline was our guide and within five minutes of swimming into the blue she found 30 hammerheads at about 30 meters. They ranged in size and some ventured closer to us. They schooled just below our group. I stayed there until my computer politely asked me to to consider coming up. We played with some sea lions and made our way to the surface in twos or threes until we were reunited again on the boat. It was a great start to the day. Next up> eggs and ginger tea from the wonderful hosts Chris and Laura. Then back to find more big things at Las Animas
