Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2023-10-06

Underway to La Paz , Winds: N 8 -10 kts sometimes gust around 12 kts, Seas: 3-4 ft N around 8 s period of swell.

Yesterday we finished our day in Bahia de los Ángeles, water temp 27 C° and visibility around 15 to 17 ft. The 2nd session with the whale shark after lunch was pretty slow, we were not able to find any whale sharks. Just our guests from one panga could jump at the very end with whale sharks which stayed at the surface for around 30 min. Then our guests came back to the Ship and as soon as we secured the Ship, we started our southbound to La Paz.

Today our morning has been really beautiful, we have been spotting from the sun deck to find something really good for our guests. We have not seen anything yet but now the airplane is in the game and that means that we can cover more area, and hopefully we can find something good for them. We are going to keep spotting the ocean.
