Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2023-10-19

Good evening, everyone,

NBA actual position, anchored at Mag Bay, wind from NW 12-15 kts, calm seas inside the bay.

Today we had our guests in the pangas as usual and they went to search for animals. This time they saw again a minke whale, some static bait balls with mahi mahi and sea lions and also marlins making passes in other bait balls. Water temperature was 29 Celsius and viz 30 meters, they returned to the boat and we headed to the anchorage. During our way back we had the chance to see the spotter plane.

Plan for tomorrow is to heave up anchor in the morning and make way to San Carlos.
