NUS Anchored at 18°59.1N-112°04.5W in 240ft depth in Roca Partida, the sky is totally cloudy, and dark, rain near our location, air temperature 78°F, Northerly wind of 15 knots and gusts of 20 knots, 6ft swell from the northwest with a long period.
This morning two dives were made with visibility of 100ft, water temperature of 80°F moderate current to the east, and the surge of the swell. On the first dive many Dolphins and a manta black, for the second dive the Dolphins disappeared, but 3 manta rays were seen, two chevrons one black, and many reef fish.
Yesterday in the last dive of the day the action returned to Roca Partida with huge yellowfin tuna, Silvertips, and the long-awaited Whale Shark.
This afternoon we have two more dives and the guests are waiting for the same action as yesterday…Whale Shark.
For tomorrow the plan is to dive in Cape Pearce, Socorro Island.No other boats in the area.
